Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver customer quotations based on project specifications and requirements
- Source materials through vendor and distributor relationships
- Manage projects from order placement through delivery, including expediting and shipment tracking
- Provide proactive customer communication regarding order status, lead times, and project updates
- Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, returns, credits, and other post-order activities
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Collaborate internally and externally to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous inside sales experience preferred
- PVF (Pipe, Valves, and Fittings) industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
