You'll support key HR initiatives including employee lifecycle administration, performance reviews, promotions, compensation projects, and HR operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of HR experience, outstanding organizational skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience. Pay is up to $30/hour for this hybrid role.
