- Open availability for ALL shifts required; flexibility to work a variety of days, hours, and times and must be available to work weekdays until 9pm
- 30–40 hours per week
- Weekday shifts: availability required (schedule varies) must be available to work until close / 9pm -9:30pm
- Up to 3 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
- Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented
- Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth
- Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Multitasking skillset
- Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback
