Our rapid integration process understands you want to get moving. We have an accelerated onboarding program for nail technicians, and we can help you make your transition to Kenneth’s smooth and effective. In as little as 8 weeks, you could be working in one of our 5 nail spa locations around greater Columbus!
As a Nail Technician we also understand you may have concerns over “signing your life away.” Harsh contracts can make it a challenge to consider working for certain salons or spas. We offer a very fair non-solicitation agreement that DOES NOT have a proximity clause telling you where you can or cannot work. More importantly, the clients you bring with you are not part of your agreement!
