Kenneth S. Nugent PC is seeking experienced Senior Personal Injury Paralegals for our Macon, Georgia office. Come and join our team!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Draft legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories;
e-file motions and pleadings.
- Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal
sources; provides written analysis to attorneys.
- Prepare detailed summaries of discovery including depositions.
- Prepare detailed medical chronologies.
- Maintain attorney’s day to day calendar, including scheduling mediations, depositions, and
client meetings.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and media files in case management software.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to help drive the Firm’s vision of providing superior
services to our clients.

Education and Experience
- Associates, Bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal Certification (or experience in lieu of).
- 2 years of litigation experience in a Personal Injury and/or Defense law firm setting.
