Now Hiring: Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at one of our professionally managed branded hotel properties within the Choice Hotels and IHG Hotels family. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who takes pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards and leading a successful housekeeping team.
Position Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily housekeeping operations.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure brand standards are met.
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff.
- Prepare daily room assignments and manage staff productivity.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering housekeeping supplies and linens.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with cleaning rooms and public areas as needed during high occupancy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.
- Hotel housekeeping experience required.
- Knowledge of Choice Hotels or IHG brand standards is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Must be reliable, professional, and guest-service oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred due to our predominantly Spanish-speaking housekeeping team.
- Experience training and leading multicultural teams.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Salary or hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
