5th/6th Grade Science Teacher
Dr. John Ochsner Discovery Health Sciences Academy seeks Bachelor's or Master's degree teacher certified in Middle School Science Education. Degrees/Certifications in Special Education, Gifted Instruction, Curriculum and Instruction, ESL, and/or Reading Specialist certification is a desirable credential. 2 years experience with middle school students in a school setting preferred. Knowledge of EOC/LEAP 2025 testing, ACT/SAT prep, and Louisiana State Standards preferred. Knowledge of STEM instruction, Design Thinking and Innovation, and Project-Based Learning is desired.

Training and workshops in the summer may be required. Position available now.Salary : $50,000 - $90,000
