What You’ll Do
As a Car Wash Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a safe, clean, efficient, and enjoyable experience for every customer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help customers understand wash options and answer questions when needed.
- Safely and confidently guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.
- Observe each vehicle carefully before it enters the tunnel and identify existing damage, unusual conditions, or anything that could create a safety or wash concern.
- Monitor the tunnel and equipment during operation and respond appropriately to issues.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and routine checks to help keep equipment operating properly and minimize downtime.
- Recognize potential equipment problems and communicate them promptly.
- Keep the entire property clean, organized, safe, and welcoming.
- Pick up trash and maintain the appearance of the parking lot and surrounding areas.
- Clean and maintain the self-service wash bays.
- Help keep vacuums, equipment, customer areas, and other parts of the property in excellent condition.
- Work as part of a small team to keep the operation running smoothly.
- Follow safety procedures and help protect our customers, their vehicles, and our equipment.
THIS JOB IS NOT FOR EVERYONE — AND THAT'S OKAY.
This is not an office job where you sit behind a desk.
You will be on your feet for your entire shift, working outdoors in the heat, cold, wind, rain, and whatever weather Indiana decides to send our way.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Ability to remain on your feet and physically active throughout your shift
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in a car wash, automotive, mechanical, maintenance, customer service, landscaping, or other outdoor job is a plus—but it is NOT required.
