Kennedys, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked global law firm serving insurers and the London market, is seeking a motivated and dynamic senior associate or special counsel to join its national and international insurance coverage practice. The position is based in Philadelphia or New Jersey, as our culture fosters global collaboration daily.
Our ideal candidate will have at least seven years of relevant coverage experience, including a strong litigation background, experience analyzing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in complex commercial insurance coverage litigation. Experience with tasks such as taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, or arguing motions is helpful, but not required.

Competitive salary, annual performance-based raises, discretionary bonus, and benefits package offered. 1920 billable hour requirement per year. Will consider hybrid work arrangements.
Attorney compensation ranges from $165,000 to $225,000 annually. Salary is contingent upon level of experience, practice group, location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
