Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly to keep the dining area tidy and ready for new guests.
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients or garnishes when needed.
- Support catering and banquet events by setting up stations and ensuring timely cleanup afterward.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to meet health standards.
- Help with food handling tasks following safety protocols to ensure quality and hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, cleaning standards, and safety regulations is advantageous.
- Experience in banquet settings or catering events can be a plus.
