The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, financial tracking, and coordinating cross-functional projects, with a strong interest in improving operational efficiency. Salary range for this position is anticipated to be $85,000 to $95,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, and geographic location.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support, ensuring smooth coordination across projects and groups.
- Launch and manage a multi‑disciplinary design schedule, ensuring alignment of priorities and effective coordination across cross‑functional teams.
- Serve as project controller on designated projects, tracking, monitoring, and reporting project budgets.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to project performance, financial tracking, and operational processes.
- Assist operations and project managers with day‑to‑day activities, offering guidance and support to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements across operations and project management functions, recommending solutions that enhance efficiency, strengthen financial and performance reporting, and support the company’s long‑term success.
- Support cross‑functional communication by facilitating information flow between teams.
- Work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously using strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- At least five years of relevant experience in contract management and financial tracking
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary technical team
- Experience with BST or other project-based accounting software is preferred but not required.
