Now Hiring: Experienced Restoration Technician
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services
- Set up and monitor drying equipment and document job progress
- Follow industry standards (IICRC) and company procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean working condition
- Be available for on-call and emergency response as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of restoration experience
- IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
