Kennedy Care: Join Our Team as an In-Home Caregiver!
Position: In-Home Caregiver -- Life Care Professional (PRN/Contingent)
Location: 30 mile radius from your home to a clients home
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per Hour, Based on certifications and experience
Schedule: Shift-by-shift scheduling based on client needs. Shifts are primarily offered Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with some weekend availability required. PRN staff are not guaranteed a set number of hours per week.

What You’ll Do
As a Life Care Professional, you’ll provide supportive home care that helps clients live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. Our caregivers may:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and daily routines
- Support mobility, transfers, and safety in the home
- Provide specialized home care for individuals with spinal cord injuries, TBI, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and age-related conditions
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support that every caregiver knows is essential
- Document care updates using simple smartphone tools
- Communicate with the care team to ensure the highest level of home care

Requirements
What We’re Looking For

Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Age 18 or older
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 30 mile radius
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. independently
- Comfortable using smartphones/mobile apps
- Dependable, compassionate caregiver mindset
Additional requirements may vary based on client assignment.
Preferred (not required)
- Experience in home care, caregiving, or healthcare
- CNA certification or similar caregiver background
- Experience supporting veterans
- Experience with dementia, TBI, or spinal cord injury
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance (may be required depending on client needs)
Salary : $18 - $23
