Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $85 - $100/hour depending on experience
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability. Some evenings may be required

Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans remotely.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
NC License required.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs remotely.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
