The Tides Beach Club in Kennebunkport is looking for Busser to join their team. This position requires a focused, motivated, efficient individual with the ability to multi-task in a busy setting. The supporting role of a Busser is an integral part of the Kennebunkport Resort Collection’s food and beverage team. Overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including restaurant dining rooms, common areas, and the outside dining areas, is the Busser’s major responsibility. The Busser must assist waiters with efficient delivery of food to the dining room; provide timely service and expedite the preparation of tables for new guests.

Essential Job Functions
- Must maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and co-workers
- Engaging in clear, consistent communications with leadership and restaurant staff
- Must know how to prioritize and respond in a timely fashion
- Ensure that each customer is served efficiently and effectively
- Bussers must know the basic food ingredients of each dish
- Must be able to interact with others easily
- Meets or exceeds restaurant guest satisfaction measures and provides exceptional guest service
- Proactively relay all customer interactions and complaints to the Manager on duty
- Must be a good example while working alongside team members
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
- Must be able to be on feet for the entire length of shift
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
