What are the responsibilities and job description for the KVCC Custodian II position at Kennebec Valley Community College?
Position Title: KVCC Custodian II
Salary Range: Salary and benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the Maine Community College System Trustees and the MSEA Support Unit. Pending Classification.
Responsibilities:
- Performs routine general cleaning of assigned areas according to established standards.
- Performs minor repairs and light maintenance as directed by the Facilities Maintenance Engineer
- Delivers materials and supplies from storage areas to various campus locations
- Assists in the safety and security of the campus
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in and around buildings, walkways, lawn and parking lots.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School or GED
- Up to, and including, one year of cleaning skills and experience with utilizing cleaning machinery
