Summary of Position and Responsibilities:
The Saw Operator is tasked with preparing raw stock for production of machined parts. Conformance with Kennebec Technologies Quality Management System and the AS9100 requirements for Aviation, Space, and Defense organizations are required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Promote the Company's Core Values and Policies.
o Work with a professional and courteous manner.
o Promote adherence to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS).
o Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives.
o Promote and improve procedures and workflow efficiency.
o Work with others to drive on-time product and service delivery.
o Document control including tool sheets, set-up sheets, drawings and other documentation required to meet AS and customer requirements.
o Organize and maintain raw stock inventory.
o Work with Expediter to review priority list to keep schedule on track.
o Have sawn material checked by Quality Control to review correct sizing.
o Utilize 5S principles to keep a clean and organized workspace.
o Perform other duties as assigned.

o Experienced with Quality Management Systems (QMS) preferred.
o Experience with ERP Systems.
