We're currently hiring a Homeless Outreach Case Manager to support unhoused individuals in Androscoggin County This independent, mobile role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by connecting clients facing serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders with the services they need most. The position pays $24 per hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide case management support to unhoused individuals, meeting people where they are—literally.
- Build trusted relationships to empower individuals toward stability and wellness.
- Use evidence-based practices to link clients to essential services: housing, healthcare, mental health, and more.
- Collaborate with a supportive team while maintaining autonomy in the field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Mental Health, or a related field REQUIRED
- MHRT/C or MHRT/C Provisional certification eligibility preferred (info at MHRT/C Info).
- Experience in billable case management preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and comfort with independent, mobile work.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable.
