Job Title: Facilities Engineer
OR Latrobe, PA
Key Job Responsibilities:
- System Oversight to Strategic projects:
- Design and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability

Maintenance & Repairs:
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities to Key projects, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution of issues.

Project Management:
- Lead facility-related construction, renovation, and upgrade projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination:
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery of specialized services.

Space Planning & Improvements:
- Evaluate and implement facility layout changes to support evolving business needs and improve operational workflows.

Energy Management:
- Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives and sustainability programs to reduce environmental impact and operating costs.
Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or related field); PE license preferred.
- 7 years of experience in facility engineering or building systems management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Proven experience managing capital projects and vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
