POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Project Managers and Field Personnel for the projects they manage from project set-up to close-out.
- Project setup (Budget, Submittal Log, RFI Log, CPR Logs, PM Drawing Log, etc.)
- Assist Project Manager with Submittal Requests and RFI’s
- Preparation of Subcontracts & Purchase Orders
- Assist Project Manager with the Preparation of Change Proposal Requests and Change Orders
- Assist Superintendents with setting up job site trailers, temporary electricity, ordering first aid kits
- Assists with daily documentation of job conditions and status of active work areas
- Assists with safety inspections and observations of worker behaviors and site conditions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction management or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in construction project coordination or similar roles within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, with experience in scheduling and document management systems preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of electrical construction is preferred
