Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored eyewear solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities. The role also involves ensuring the satisfaction of both new and existing customers through excellent service and communication. Territories are large and require daily transportation in your car.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and proficiency in basic office software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in eyewear, retail, fashion, or a related industry is a plus
