What you’ll do
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Answer inbound calls from clients, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on services.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Process returns in an accurate and efficient manner.
Basic qualifications
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a call center environment or similar customer support role.
- Demonstrate ability to multi task.
