You'll provide friendly, attentive table service while taking orders, recommending menu items, maintaining your section, and creating a great dining experience. Previous serving experience is required, and high-volume restaurant experience is a plus.
Requirements
As an Iron Skillet Server, you'll help guests have a great dining experience while maximizing your earning potential during busy meal periods.
- Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and guide them through the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly.
- Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests professionally.
- Recommend appetizers, beverages, desserts, and other menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service section.
- Complete side work efficiently and support the front-of-house team during busy periods.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, kitchen staff, and management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for experienced, energetic servers who can stay organized, friendly, and focused during busy meal periods.
- Server Experience: At least 1 year of experience serving in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and committed to excellent hospitality.
- Sales Skills: Comfortable recommending menu items and increasing guest check averages.
- Team Player: Able to work smoothly with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Reliable: Punctual, dependable, and able to work assigned shifts.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, walking, carrying trays, and staying active throughout the shift.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have dependable transportation to and from work.
- Food Handler Certification: Must have a valid food handler certificate or be willing to obtain one.
