Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
- Prepare, package, label, and document outgoing shipments
- Operate material‑handling equipment to move products throughout the facility
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanning systems
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely material flow
- Perform routine equipment checks and report issues
- Work overtime as needed to meet shipping and production deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in shipping/receiving in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with material‑handling equipment
- Basic computer and barcode‑scanning skills
- Ability to lift/move heavy items safely and follow safety procedures
- Forklift certification
- Order‑picking experience
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation
- Flexible availability, including overtime
- Strong organizational and communication skills
