Program Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for leading automotive manufacturing programs from launch through production. This role works closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage program timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
- Lead cross-functional teams to support successful product launches.
- Communicate program status, risks, and action plans to customers and leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep programs on track.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the program lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of Program or Project Management experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Experience managing complex programs, budgets, and customer relationships.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
