- Associate degree with 10 years EHS experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Management, or related field
- ISO 14001 experience required; ISO 45001 preferred
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, management systems, and flammable chemical processes
- Proven ability to deliver effective safety training and presentations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with audits, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance (EHS Internal Auditor a plus)
- Required/preferred certifications: First Aid, HAZWOPER, RCRA, DOT, Stormwater (EGLE)
- Ability to support a three-shift, two-location operation
