Position Overview:
The Wholesale Experience Manager is someone who takes pride in delivering WOW customer experiences and sharing Kendra Scott’s purpose within the community. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and teaching, you prioritize relationships and attract a diverse network, you make quality decisions to drive results, and your store and team represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively. This role combines retail store management, event execution, and wholesale partner support. This person will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing brand-building activations and exceptional customer experiences at our Austin Airport store location and key wholesale doors, from pop-ups and trunk shows to special events and seasonal launches.
This role will work closely with wholesale, marketing, and retail partners to create memorable brand moments that drive engagement, deepen customer loyalty, and increase sell-through.

Responsibilities:
Experiential Activation & Event Execution
- You provide the Kendra Scott Retail experience within Kendra Scott wholesale partner locations.
- You plan and execute in-store activations, trunk shows, Color Bar parties and special events within key Majors and Specialty wholesale accounts.
- You partner with wholesale account teams to customize events based on location, clientele, and sales objectives.
- You ensure all brand guidelines are upheld through visual merchandising, staff training, and onsite presentation.
- You coordinate event logistics, staffing, tools, product assortment, invitations and communication to accounts.
- You are on the floor support to influence sell thru between KS flagship, Travel Retail and additional Wholesale locations
- You initiate customer conversations, creating excitement around the Kendra Scott brand and product through brand story telling.
- You create a customer centric environment through a “customer is our boss” mentality. You believe in and teach the WOW Service Principles to build strong guest connections with a goal of making a difference in every customer’s day!
- You're obsessed with recruiting, hiring, and retaining a high-performing team! You increase brand awareness by building strong relationships. You build unique connections with guests and organizations that further business growth and philanthropic goals. You acquire new customers through traffic driving efforts that increase brands impact.
- You capture customer feedback and insights to help inform future event strategy and product opportunities.
- You train, motivate and encourage teams at each location that you are supporting on the floor, weaving the Kendra Scott yellow thread into all representations.
- You serve as a liaison between Retail and Wholesale partners with emphasis on Kendra Scott airport store, specific Majors and Specialty shops, and visual merchandising refresh.
- You find ways to thrive no matter what area of the business you are supporting. You draw on experiences and apply those learnings to a variety of situations. You are curious and flexible. You learn from the past, and do not shy away from trying new things.
- You support wholesale training initiatives to enhance staff knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand.
- You provide recaps post visits and events, prioritizing performance metrics, and feedback to guide future efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in experiential marketing, retail activations, wholesale, or events, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury.
- You have a passion for Kendra Scott and what the brand represents, Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
- You've led functional teams in a retail management role previously.
- You have strong project management skills with a proven track record of executing client-facing events.
- You can multi-task and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.
- You are a high-level communicator with confidence in customer facing and partner facing roles.
- Business acumen is a part of your everyday language and analyze reporting to drive sales.
- Ability to travel for activations and events (approximately 90% travel).
