Internship Details to Know
The Kendra Scott Summer Internship Program offers a hands-on experience inside our rapidly growing multi-category fashion lifestyle brand. We value you. In our program, we are dedicated to shaping your unique interests and career aspirations, equipping you for success in your career and life.
Basics
- The Kendra Scott Internship experience is a 9-week, paid program with the requirement to be in Austin, TX. The internship will begin on June 1st and end July 30th.
- This is a full-time, 40/hour a week, in person opportunity. This program will be offered at $17/hour.
- Please apply to only one internship position that you are most interested in pursuing.
- Sponsorship and Relocation assistance is not currently provided.
- The deadline for internship applications is November 23, 2025, at 11:59 pm PST.
- Candidates will be informed of their status throughout our process, with final offers being extended in December 2025.

Position Overview:
As a People Team Learning & Development Intern, you’ll gain practical experience in how learning and engagement come to life inside a fast-growing, people-first organization. You’ll help bring programs to life that develop our teams, strengthen our culture, and enhance the employee experience. From supporting new learning platforms to refining onboarding and engagement processes, this role is built for someone curious, collaborative, and eager to understand how continuous learning drives business outcomes while exploring how technology and AI are shaping the future of learning and development.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with our talent team on the planning, design, & execution of internal learning & development programs. Includes (but not limited to):
Learning management system (LMS) administration & buildout
AI adoption & skill-building programs
New hire onboarding & orientation
Employee engagement surveys, analysis, reporting, & action planning
Leadership development programs
Preparing & presenting a final project showcasing your contributions and learnings from your internship experience.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
The ability to work 40 hours per week
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
A genuine curiosity about how people learn and how technology, including AI, can elevate that experience.
Prior experience with learning platforms, training, or instructional design is a plus.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to keep up in a fast-paced environment
The ability to demonstrate strong leadership among peers and across the organization
A high level of accountability, reliability, and initiative
A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
