Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Keyholder at Kendra Scott, located in Lexington, KY. As a Keyholder, you will assist in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the store. You will lead and inspire the team to achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain a deep understanding of the brand, products, and store initiatives. You will also troubleshoot customer concerns, ensure the store remains organized, and assist with inventory management.
