Role Description The Key Holder role at Kendra Scott in Houston, TX is a part-time, on-site position responsible for supporting store leadership and ensuring an engaging, customer-focused environment. Daily responsibilities include opening and closing the store, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and safeguarding company assets in accordance with policies and procedures. The Key Holder provides exceptional customer service, assists guests with styling and product selection, and helps drive sales through proactive engagement and product knowledge. This role also supports training and mentoring of team members on service standards, selling behaviors, and brand values. The Key Holder collaborates with store leadership to meet performance goals, uphold a positive team culture, and represent the Kendra Scott brand with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales and Customer Service skills to engage guests, drive revenue, and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to create an excellent Customer Experience, including personalized styling support and a welcoming store environment.
• Solid Product Knowledge and Communication skills to clearly explain features, benefits, and styling options across collections.
• Experience in key holding, store operations, or supervisory responsibilities in a retail environment is preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Demonstrated integrity and accountability in handling cash, keys, and company property.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and aligning with the values of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• Previous fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle retail experience is beneficial; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
