Basics
- The Kendra Scott Internship experience is a 9-week, paid program with the requirement to be in Austin, TX. The internship will begin on June 1st and end July 30th.
- This is a full-time, 40/hour a week, in person opportunity. This program will be offered at $17/hour.
- Please apply to only one internship position that you are most interested in pursuing.
- Sponsorship and Relocation assistance is not currently provided.

Position Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our IT E-comm Quality Assurance team and contribute to the success of our fast-paced e-commerce platform. This role offers hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle, focusing on ensuring the quality and reliability of our website and applications. The IT Ecommerce Quality Assurance Intern will report to the QA Manager and positively represent the brand while creating cross functional partnerships as an interim member of the IT Web team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform functionality testing (manual) of the e-commerce website and associated features across various devices and browsers.
- Work closely with the offshore and cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, product managers) to understand requirements and facilitate timely releases.
- Execute regression testing to ensure new changes haven't negatively impacted existing functionality.
- Perform specific testing such as website auditing for usability, content, and broken links.
- Test and verify new features and fixes related to assigned testing tickets.
- Accurately log defects (bugs) with clear steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
- Report testing progress, challenges, and results directly to the QA Manager.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrum meetings and other relevant project meetings.
- Provide support on various project work as needed to ensure quality targets are met.
- The ability to work 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- Availability to work May 26th- July 31st, 2025. Consideration will be given for special life events with the exception of Internship Orientation (Tuesday, May 26th)
- Fourth of July will be observed as a company holiday
