Internship Details to Know

The Kendra Scott Summer Internship Program offers a hands-on experience inside our rapidly growing multi-category fashion lifestyle brand. We value you. In our program, we are dedicated to shaping your unique interests and career aspirations, equipping you for success in your career and life.

Basics

• The Kendra Scott Internship experience is a 9-week, paid program with the requirement to be in Austin, TX. The internship will begin on June 1st and end July 30th.
• This is a full-time, 40/hour a week, in person opportunity. This program will be offered at $17/hour.
• Please apply to only one internship position that you are most interested in pursuing.
• Sponsorship and Relocation assistance is not currently provided.
• The deadline for internship applications is November 23, 2025, at 11:59 pm PST.
• Candidates will be informed of their status throughout our process, with final offers being extended in December 2025.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelors Degree with an expected graduation date of May 2026, December 2026, or May 2027
• A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required
• Reside within the vicinity of Kendra Scott HQ, Austin, TX, or have the ability to obtain housing during the internship (no relocation costs will be offered)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint

Position Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Asset Protection team at our Home Office in Austin, TX! Reporting to our Sr. Manager of Corporate Asset Protection, this role will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, security and profitability of the company, by supporting the physical security of the home office, our retail stores, as well as assisting with Enterprise Inventory Control reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Completes related security system administrative tasks such upkeep of codes and/or permits are up to date.
• Supports required research relating to Asset Protection objectives
• Provides anti-Fraud and theft support by leveraging related technological systems
• Utilizes POS Data programs to conduct preliminary investigative research.
• Supports the Kendra Safety Center and monitors security tools, assesses threats, and the risks involving enterprise safety and security.
• Supports Enterprise Inventory Control by conducting analysis on inventory movement and discrepancy resolution.
