POSITION SUMMARY
The eCommerce Coordinator will serve as a point person to vet all day-to-day operational needs and requirements for our brand websites. The Coordinator’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: promotion set-up. product launches, site merchandising, site enhancements, content coordination, product category optimization and testing to ensure we’re delivering a high-quality experience to our customers.
The ideal candidate loves the digital space, the beauty industry and has a strong appetite to learn. They should have a deep understanding of critical needs of ecommerce operations and the business, ensuring products and promotions can be successfully executed. They can work quickly while effectively managing executional details and has an aptitude to manage multiple projects. Collaboration and strong relationship-building skills are essential. This role reports directly into the Director of Digital eCommerce & Merchandising working cross-functionally with key team members, along with relevant brand stakeholders, to manage the overall site experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own website set-up and maintenance of: Product launches, all elements of PDP set-up, homepages, collections and promotions
  • Continuously monitor & report site bugs related to product and content displayed to ensure best-in-class brand experiences.
  • Day to day maintenance of online product catalog and accuracy of assortment at all times (imagery, pricing etc.)
  • Assemble ecommerce reporting as requested, including but not limited to summaries on new product launches and product demand signals like waitlist and pre-order
  • Partner with all teams to ensure all timelines and collection launch dates are met.
  • Partner with warehouse operations and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders and on-brand client experience at every touchpoint.
  • Drive requests and organization among cross-functional partners for copy and product images to ensure accurate site uploads
  • Communicate .com marketing calendar changes, promotion and product launch updates on a regular basis to necessary cross functional teams.
  • Partner with Digital Product to resolve site bugs, devise development roadmap and prioritize site enhancements.
  • O/A and monitor site Third-Party experiences flagging to Director & Digital Product lead
  • Monitor sites from mobile and desktop daily to identify any issues or updates needed
  • Identify opportunities for the full online shopping journey through competitor analysis.
  • Support team members in tasks and projects, as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in ecommerce or retail.
  • Detail oriented, meticulous, and highly organized.
  • Strong desire to learn best-in-class digital marketing and ecommerce practices.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into action.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Google Analytics preferred.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Business Manager and Shopify.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to work in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently with strong time-management skills.
  • Analytical ability and a desire to learn from data.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.
  • Prior knowledge and/or interest in learning HTML a plus.
