Lobby & Tenant Services Associate

 

Location: Downtown Boston, MA

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

 

About the Role:

We’re seeking a professional, service-oriented Lobby & Tenant Services Associate to serve as the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and vendors at our office property. This role blends front desk reception, tenant support, and facilities coordination to help ensure a first-class experience for everyone entering the building.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Greet and assist all visitors and tenants with a professional, friendly demeanor.

·       Maintain visitor logs, issue temporary badges, and manage access systems.

·       Coordinate with security, engineering, and janitorial teams on daily building operations.

·       Support property management team with service requests, vendor scheduling, property events, fire drills, emergency communication, and tenant communications.

·       Monitor and maintain lobby and surrounding areas cleanliness and appearance; liaise with cleaning staff as needed.

·       Perform porter duties — wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, ensuring common areas remain pristine.

·       Respond to minor maintenance issues and escalate larger requests to the property management team and vendors.

·       Handle mail, deliveries, and front desk phone/email inquiries.

·       Monitor security cameras, building information system on HVAC schedules (training will be provided)

·       Track work orders, deliveries, and contractor access.

·       Assist with meeting room bookings, signage, and event setup.

·       Other tasks assigned by property management team leader

 

 

Qualifications:

·       1–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, concierge, or front desk operations.

·       Professional communication and presentation skills.

·       Reliable, honest, detail-oriented, and proactive.

·       Basic understanding of facility systems and vendor coordination.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management platforms

·       Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

$25-27 /hour depending performances and potential building performance bonuses
