Kendal at Hanover has opportunities for full- and part-time MNAs in our Health Center. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Orders medications from the pharmacy, keeps medication carts clean and well stocked.
- Provides personal care and assists with all areas of Activities for Daily Living as needed.
- Anticipates resident needs to minimize the use of call lights.
- Follows departmental procedures for resident bathing and grooming while maintaining privacy and comfort (i.e. keeping resident warm with bath blanket).
- Responds to behaviors in a calm, sensitive, and supportive fashion.
- Person centered care is rendered with compassion, understanding and by providing choices to each resident.
- Timely and accurately administers medications and treatments within their scope of practice.
This position includes weekend coverage and holiday rotation.
