ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES UTILITY WORKER
• Full-Time. 40 hours/week | $21.28 - $23.70/hour, based on experience
• Scheduled days: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Key Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain various floor types: upholstered furnishings, soft, hard, and carpeted surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, strip, wax, burnish, and extract floors as assigned.
• Safely operate and maintain heavy cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, stripping machines, carpet extractors, floor buffers and burnishers.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents with knowledge of proper application and safety protocols.
• Maintain interior cleanliness by: Operating floor machines, dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
• Handle removal of soiled linens and hazardous waste materials in compliance with safety guidelines.

Qualifications
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or floor care experience preferred
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safely use cleaning agents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
