Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dining services team as Full-Time Wait Staff. This role is essential in ensuring that our residents receive a top-notch dining experience. You will be responsible for serving meals and providing exceptional customer service in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Pay: Starting at $17.68/hour and up based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve residents and guests with a positive attitude.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service.
- Address resident inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
- Prepare and ensure a well-stocked, fresh salad bar
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
