Kendal at Hanover is a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community, and home to 400 residents. The Assisted Living Dietary Aide serves as a nutritional aide and server to resident patrons of the restaurants in our Assisted Living neighborhood.

Summary of Responsibilities
The Assisted Living Dietary Aide provides residents living in the Assisted Living facility with quality dining service while enhancing the resident experience. The person in this role will communicate with residents about meal selection, assisting with menu completion and meal delivery when needed. They will support nursing staff with the resident dining experience to include tasks such as: transporting meals, setting up meals and snacks, and assisting residents with eating. They will also perform full service in the dining rooms, including taking resident orders, delivering food and drinks, clearing tables, and washing dishes as needed.
Weekend work is required (either every other weekend or 1 weekend day each weekend). Work schedule is all shifts between 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
