KenCrest is seeking Job Coaches to assist our consumers with intellectual disabilities in Southeast PA. Our Job Coaches guide our consumers by discovering their interests and skills, teaching additional qualifications, communicating with local employers and pursuing meaningful employment. This is a mobile position (travel required) with flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits and much more!

As a Job Coach, you will build positive professional relationships with community employers, develop relationships with individuals to identify strengths and interests, provide routine job coaching to individuals on the job site, and encourage personal choice and decision making.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and able to work one-on-one with individuals with disabilities
• Interested in a mobile and independent position
• Development and implementation of work skills
• Preference given to candidates with ACRE Certification (Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators)
• REQUIRED - Valid Driver's License
