KenCrest is seeking passionate Infant and Toddler (Early Head Start) Teachers to support our Star 4 Early Childhood Programs at three locations in Philadelphia, PA (Adams, North, and West). Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for infants and toddlers

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere

• Provide individualized support and guidance to each child

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding progress and needs

• Participate in professional development opportunities

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational program

Qualifications

• Associate degree in early childhood education or a related field

• 9 credits (or 3 classes) that include infant-toddler care

• Infant-Toddler CDA certification

• Previous experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
