Children's Transitional Care Homes Pediatric LPN

Full-Time Weekdays, 7:00A – 7:00P

*36 hours per week / three 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday only, NO WEEKENDS*

We're seeking passionate Pediatric Nurses to help provide quality care to our medically fragile infants and children at our Children’s Transitional Care Homes. Many of these children have complex needs, requiring compassionate 24/7 nursing support. As a Staff RN, you will provide care on a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, conducting evaluations and participating in care team planning.

Qualifications:

• LPN License in the state of PA; we also accept Compact license
• Minimum two (2) years pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience
• Valid Driver's License required
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR
• Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
