About the Position

The primary function of the Invoice Specialist is to process supplier, carrier, vendor and customer invoices to properly reflect the payables and receivables for KFS.

Functions

• Enter new equipment into the KFS system.
• Compile invoices and work orders for monthly billing.
• Ensure accurate and timely submissions of work orders.
• Review reports and transactions prior to generating work orders to ensure accuracy.
• Audit remote site work orders and enter into the KFS system.
• Audit all work orders to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and complete records for all accounts.
• Research and rectify any invoice discrepancies.
• Investigate and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
• Performs other administrative/clerical related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of working knowledge of invoicing.
• Proven customer support experience required.
• Ability to gather, organize and interpret data and prepare reports.
• Proficiency using MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word to track and manipulate data.
• Strong data entry experience and an analytical mindset.
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess excellent follow up skills.
• Ability to prioritize and perform tasks to meet deadlines.

Travel Requirements
