Essential Functions
- Manage new equipment warranty registration
- Supervise warranty staff
- Maintain and communicate the definitions of the warranty period for all parts in the fleet maintenance software and in applicable reference material for all shops
- Ensure all parts are entered into the fleet maintenance software accurately and consistently across all shops
- Supervise the warranty claim process with internal customers and external vendors.
- Ensure that all tools are in place and being used to capture warranty and to enter parts correctly
- Create, code, file and manage warranty claims for both internal and external shops for tractors, trailer,, and all components
Qualifications
- High school diploma;
- 3 years of related experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong PC skills and ability to adapt to a variety of software programs
- Effective organizational skills and a sound mechanical aptitude
- Promote positive work habits including effective and timely communication, teamwork and respect for co-workers.
- Provide constructive guidance to other employees and representatives of third parties.
- Contribute to providing the highest quality of products and services to customers.
