- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning duties and infection control practices
Skills
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and patient monitoring procedures
- Ability to assist with ADLs and provide personal care assistance with compassion and professionalism
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information
- Ability to perform light to heavy lifting safely and effectively during caregiving tasks
