Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Kerrville, TX. The Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford vehicles and other inventory, following manufacturer and dealership standards. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles, identifying mechanical and electrical issues, completing work orders, and documenting services performed in a clear and accurate manner. The role involves collaborating with service advisors and other team members to ensure timely service, ordering or requesting necessary parts, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Qualifications
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or related role in a dealership or repair facility.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, suspension, electrical components, and diagnostics tools.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, technical bulletins, and computer-based diagnostic reports.
