Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Supervisor to oversee our operations during the evening shift. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during the night shift to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including cashiering.

- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills for effective conflict resolution and deal-making.

- Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment with a focus on team management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
