Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Operate the register to process cash, check, and card transactions
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of service
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills
