Key Responsibilities

Recruit qualified 1099 subcontractors and W-2 field employees.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled field professionals.

Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, networking, social media, and community outreach.

Conduct phone interviews in both English and Spanish when needed.

Screen candidates to ensure they meet company standards.

Guide contractors and employees through the onboarding process.

Build long-term relationships with subcontractors and field teams.

Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate pipelines.

Partner with Operations to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.

Continuously develop new recruiting strategies to attract quality talent.
What We're Looking For

Experience recruiting blue-collar employees, field technicians, subcontractors, or skilled trades.

Experience recruiting 1099 independent contractors is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong sourcing abilities beyond traditional job boards.

Highly organized with excellent follow-up.

Self-motivated and results-driven.

Comfortable using recruiting software, CRMs, Microsoft Office, and online sourcing tools.

Able to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
