What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appliance Service Technician position at Ken's Appliance Service, Inc. (Springfield, IL)?
We are looking for a motivated appliance technician to complete in-home repairs in a timely manner. Must have good communication skills and the proper knowledge to diagnose appliance failures. Experienced appliance technicians are encouraged to apply but anyone from the technical field will be considered. *Must have sealed system experience/certification.* This position will be working on dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, and disposals. Commission based pay.
Main Responsibilities:
-Servicing household appliances, mainly kitchen, in a professional manner
-Experience required
-Experience diagnosing technical problems and finding solutions
-Collect payment from customers in home
-Friendly and polite to customers in home
-Receive technical assistance from manufacturer help lines
-Must be 25 years of age
-Must pass background check and drug test to be considered

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
