Job Summary
Ken Pollock Collision Center is looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Body Shop Parts Associate to join our growing collision repair team. This position plays a key role in supporting our technicians and estimators by sourcing, ordering, and managing the parts needed for collision repairs.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with others, and has an interest in collision repair, automotive parts, and body shop operations.
Body Shop Parts Associate Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the collision center parts department
- Source, order, and track OEM and aftermarket collision repair parts
- Coordinate parts orders with estimators, technicians, and insurance repair plans
- Verify accuracy of parts ordered for collision repair estimates
- Receive, inspect, and stage parts for scheduled repairs
- Manage parts returns, credits, and warranty claims with vendors
- Maintain accurate inventory and parts organization within the body shop
- Assist with parts shipping, stocking, and inventory control
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
- Support the team in meeting collision repair timelines and production goals
Body Shop Parts Associate Qualifications
- 1 years experience in an automotive parts department or collision center preferred
- Experience with collision repair parts, body panels, and vehicle components a plus
- Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex is helpful but not required
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced repair environment
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Valid driver’s license
